The function of series SG rollers are same as the series LFR rollers. But they are mainly used in the flat track and in the condition required compact structure. After rollers are installed to the slider, the shaft will be not or seldom over the roller's side planes.

LV series bearings can be widely used in cylindrical guideways or 120°V-shaped guideways. Different from the LFR series rollers, the LV series bearings have strong adaptability to the size of the guide rail. Each specification can be adapted to a larger range of guide rail diameters and can be widely used in heavy-duty guides, mobile equipment, straightening machinery, etc.
JPG bearing adopts the internal structure design of double row angular contact ball bearing and the thickened outer ring, so that the bearing has a higher load carrying capacity.
JPG bearings are made of high-quality bearing steel (AISI52100 or stainless steel AISI440C), processed by heat treatment and precision grinding, and filled with long-life, high-quality, multi-purpose grease. Metal dust cover is adopted for bearing dust prevention.
The V-shaped groove bottom of the outer ring of JPG bearing has undercut grooves. If undercut grooves are not allowed in the use requirements, bearings without undercut grooves can be ordered from JPG bearings, and bearings with other V-shaped angles can also be customized. (Inventory)

safekeeping

The bearings are coated with anti-rust oil and anti-rust paper in the factory. As long as the packaging is not damaged, the quality of the bearing will be guaranteed.
But long stored in humidity below 65%, the temperature is 20 ºC about conditions, the shelf in 30 cm above the ground is advisable.
